Description:

This course is designed for trainees to grasp the concepts, principles and methods of an Agile operating model. The training will highlight the difference between traditional project management and the shift to managing ongoing product lines. This course will also provide a basic overview of Scrum Methodology including team coordination, event ceremonies, work task organization, and progress tracking. Trainees will learn foundational Scrum knowledge empowering them to execute plans for incorporating Agile practices and techniques into their own organization. This course is beneficial to managers and operations managers but all levels are welcome. It is a mix of hands on and discussions. Delivered virtually but can be done onsite. |
