Training will focus on the identification of underserved market needs addressed by key core technologies and products. To make innovation measurable, the training program will focus on the process of linking metrics with the jobs to be done. This means that the program will teach participants how to define and measure success based on the needs of their target users. Also,The students will learn that the process includes qualitative, quantitative, and market segmentation methods that reveal hidden opportunities for growth. The students will ultimately learn to formulate and deploy a winning strategy. This course is a mix of peer led discussion, lectures, and hands on activities.
