Mental health issues, financial struggles, issues at home and the general disrespect around topics regarding the pandemic are meeting at our workplaces and creating escalations that can create uncomfortable and dangerous situations for employers today. Through this virtual or in-person, instructor-led session, you will learn and practice recruitment and mapping strategies as well as profiling skills to create behavioral snapshots of employees. Some topics to be discussed include the impact of domestic violence on workplace violence, how best to address bullying and harassment in the workplace and performance management strategies for hostile employees. Ideal audience: Safety and team leaders, supervisors/managers and HR managers. |
