This interactive course is designed to develop competencies for leaders and teams. Topics for team development include key competencies such as Self Leadership, Leadership Essentials, Getting Things Done, Leading Others and Composure. Teams learn and apply a number of specific leadership attributes that drive team performance. This course uses LionsLead leadership development evaluation tools and methods. Learning is presented through interactive discussion, exercises and application of findings. Teams receive ongoing training and coaching to develop their leadership capacities. Learning sessions help teams address real world challenges they are experiencing in teams. This course can be delivered in person, virtual or hybrid.
