This course was designed to give students the skills to resolve conflict in an efficient and judicious manner. Conflict is a natural by-product of passionate associates and should not be avoided. Conflict needs to be managed to an agreeable resolution to maintain a healthy organization. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn how to a) Assess the climate of a conflict b) Understand the issues that created the conflict c) Set the stage for resolution and d) Broker a solution and follow through.
