This course was designed to give students the skills to effectively delegate work. This allows the leader to focus on more strategic activities, such as, process improvement and facilitating professional development, while creating a Learning environment. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn how to a) Recognize the strategic importance of delegation b) Follow the steps contained in the delegation process c) Understand each party’s role, set expectations and measure success and d) Identify the reasons leaders are reluctant to delegate and develop strategies to overcome it. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers and middle managers.
