This course is designed to teach students how to become more effective coaches. Anyone can become a coach. It is not reserved just for managers. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn a) The 5 questions of Coaching (what is it? why do it? when to do it? who should do it? where to do it?) b) The necessity of effective interpersonal communication c) Critical Skills of effective coaches and why they work d) Differing learning styles and how to adjust to them and e) Twenty coaching skills to live by. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers and experienced & entry level personnel.
