This course was created to allow students to gain a deeper understanding into the roles of the members of the HR team and the numerous challenges they face in an ever changing, fast paced, global economy. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn a) How HR fits into the organizational vision and strategy b) What processes are HR responsible for c) HR’s role in hiring quality candidates, retention and personal growth d) What is HR’s role in the disciplinary process and e) How to measure the success of the HR department’s processes.
