This course was designed to help students feel more comfortable and competent in their training responsibilities. Through in person or virtual lecture students will learn how to a) Recognize the importance of their participants’ training needs, including the different learning styles and principles b) Write objectives and evaluate whether they have been met at the end of a training session c) Develop an effective training style, using appropriate training aids and techniques d) Understand the importance of an instruction guide and e) Conduct a short group training session that incorporates these training concepts . The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, supervisors and trainers.
