Prerequisite courses for this session: “Managing Change: Establishing Fundamental Principles and Approaches” and “Preparing for Change Advanced: Setting SMART Goals, Priorities and Strategies”. Building on Managing Change, this session allows participants to apply the principles of change management that they have learned to their goals. This interactive exercise builds a deeper understanding of how to manage change effort to reduce resistance and grow buy-in. Participants also learn how to develop metrics and feedback loops for ongoing management, and how to manage encountered challenges. This course is intended for building industry professionals. It can be held virtually or in-person and is a combination of presentation and discussion.
