Regardless of your current role, developing leadership effectiveness is critical for professional development. This workshop helps building industry professionals develop skills to inspire through vision, define objectives, get people moving toward common objectives, empower their teams, deal with conflict, and create a strong team culture. Participants develop a heightened self-awareness of their leadership style and learn how to adapt to the needs of people in their teams. This course can be held virtually or in-person and is a combination of presentation and discussion.
