This workshop helps building industry professionals develop skills to inspire through vision, define objectives, get people moving toward common objectives, empower their teams, deal with conflict, and create a strong team culture. Participants develop a heightened self-awareness of their leadership style and learn how to adapt to the needs of people in their teams. This course can be held virtually or in-person and is a combination of presentation and discussion.
