The most successful firms illustrate a common theme: rather than being reactive, they recognize that design excellence includes an internally driven commitment to best practices. The Framework for Design Excellence and other resources define the landscape of best practices, but the bigger challenge is integrating this into project delivery methodology. This workshop can be held virtually or in-person and helps building industry professionals understand the methodology and strategies available to either leap into a paradigm shift or slowly pilot towards an internal standard. Through a combination of presentation and discussion, participants learn how to achieve an internal standard that is adopted consistently across their project teams.
