Description:

I will refresh the tools taught during Focus Day. In addition, will teach Rocks, teach how to set and keep on track the scorecard measurables. Taking the course will allow students to create the Vision/Traction organizer part-1, i.e. learn how to determine their organization’s core values, core-focus, set the 10-year target, set their 3 unique’s, create a proven process, and guarantee. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with direct lectures, presentations, and group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track. |
