Students will learn to create the organizational Vision/Traction for their company, part 2. I will teach how to set their Three-year picture, One year plan, how to set up the Issues List, will teach them the EOS problem-solving methodology IDS. Students will be taught the EOS methodology for L10 Meeting pulse. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with direct lectures, presentations, and group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track. |
