Who: Any leader in the organization whose emotional response will impact performance. What: This program is delivered in multiple stages. Each participant completes an EQ assessment (not covered by grant), followed by a 1-1 coaching session to identify growth opportunities. The entire cohort will then attend a six-hour program (virtual or in-person) where they learn about the fundamentals of EQ, how it connects with their role as a leader and how to build it into the fabric of the business. They will then receive a follow-up 1-1 coaching session to refine their goals. HOW: This program can be delivered virtually or in-person. WHY: Leaders with strong emotional intelligence drive engagement, lower churn, and enhance performance.
