In this virtual course, students will learn how to lead well in all directions and why it’s not necessary to have a leadership title or position to serve as a leader. Students will learn to better understand their unique strengths, struggles, and blind spots. Consider how those factors contribute to their effectiveness in the workplace (or get in the way). Students will learn through an in-person presentation and small group activities. Students will complete a RightPath behavioral profile one week prior to the course. Taking this course will allow all individuals to greater understand their leadership style, identify their own strengths and areas for improvement and gain insight in ways to more effectively reach their leadership potential. |
