This full-day leadership team learning session, at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will be teaching the importance of generating cash in the business to the course participants, where the cash comes from, and how to generate more of it. I will also teach on the 8 Cash Flow Drivers and will follow by an assignment for the participants to create their cash flow drive diagram to roll out to the entire organization.
