These two full-day leadership team learning sessions, at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will teach on the one-year Goal, financial performance, and analyzing results/learnings. I will also teach Leadership Team Health across Five Levels Completing the Team Health Exercises. The team will be taught how to complete the Organizational Checkup Questionnaire, their Leadership Team SWOT Analysis and how to create a new 3 Year Picture. The team will be assigned to create a new 1 Year Plan TM, setting new Rocks, key organizational & individual priorities for the next 90 days.
