With stress on the rise and attention spans on the decline mindfulness in the workplace can help. According to the Surgeon General of the United States, mindfulness has the ability to lower stress and increase focus.
You and your workforce will have the ability to learn the science of mindfulness and each week will be given a new tool to learn and practice. Participants will experience moments of quiet during these sessions and they will be able to share interactively as well.
It takes time and patience to learn and build a mindful practice so we will meet for 8 consecutive weeks. Sessions are 45 minutes in length and we will reserve an additional 15 minutes for observation and questions.
