In this course, participants will learn about the variety of social media platforms, appreciate the similarities and differences amongst them and understand how they can best utilize these platforms to grow their business. The course is designed to expose participants to the best practices in managing social media platforms. The participants will learn through in-person lectures and in-class activities. Taking this course will increase the participants knowledge of the variety of social media platforms, the demographics and uses of each platform, and the best practices in engaging and managing interactions with their followers. The ideal audience for this course is administration staff, managers, and interested professionals.
