WHO: This course is for Managers in for profit companies. WHAT: Learning objectives include understanding one’s instinctive strengths and how to apply them in business. Participants take a self assessment and then learn the various types of instinctive strengths and how diversity can improve organizational operations. Trainees participate in other group activities that strengthen key components of their business.
