Attendees learn the 5 levels of Leadership Trust, SWOT Analysis, How to conduct an Organizational Check-up, and other Trust Builders. WHY: The result is improved leadership ability and communications skills, understanding organizational health, awareness of how to evaluate and act on your company’s Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. HOW: Sessions are in person or virtually if needed. Sessions include teaching best practices, group discussion, whiteboarding, and homework for reinforcement (as needed).
