This in-house version of our virtual workshop "Building Great Companies" is based on the concepts presented in "Built to Last," by Jim Collins and Jerry Porras. Students will learn how to identify and evaluate their company's purpose, values, and vision, and the ways in which they can have an impact on their company's long-term success. The workshop includes individual and group activities that allow them to explore these concepts in greater depth with their colleagues. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and individual contributors at all levels within an organization. |
