Every employee at all levels of the company participate in this interactive, in person, team building event. Objective is to learn about effective team building, while developing a bond and trust. A real racecar and equipment is provided. Employees become pit crew members and form teams. They strategize and then actually perform pit stops (jack up car, change tires, and more while being timed), learn how to give and receive feedback, evaluate past performance in order to improve future results, and compete against others in a fun, safe environment.
