This live and/or virtual training is for leaders and emerging leaders to increase confidence and influence while building trusted relationships.
This training consists of three sessions. Session one: Assess the participant, messages, and audience. Session two: Structure and organize messages that provide impact and influence. Session three: Examine and practice the essential skills of credibility and leadership 'presence'.
About 30 % of this time is reserved for rehearsing and critique. Participants learn through lecture and video, and when complete, participants have a greater ability to interact and present as confident leaders who have a greater ability to influence, manage and build trust, at all levels. |
