The Finance of Biotech, Business course will focus on what’s needed for successful fund raising at each stage of company growth. The course will also address some of the common questions around risks of investing, types of investment securities and differences between private and public markets. Taking this course will enhance the skills of incumbent workers, specifically, their knowledge in how a biotech start up came to life. This course will be offered both in-person and remotely through Zoom. Demographics of attendees will include, but not limited to CEOs, CFOs, Accounting, Finance, Senior Management, and Board of Directors of life sciences and other related organizations. |
