Part 3 of the LEADS Executive Fellowship program pivots to develop actionable project teams that leverage the various learnings from the fellowship to apply to community and regional priorities. Teaching on the entrepreneurial process, namely, systems thinking and design thinking, and root-cause analysis, small coalitions within the cohort employ their learning by creating mock proposals for pilot interventions. All programming is delivered in-person. Developed for business and organizational leaders.
