Overall Objectives of the course: Understand the nature of change management/the importance of managing this process, Explore what motivates and demotivates employees performance, Define situational leadership/alignment of four different leadership styles give the work maturity of the group. Students will be introduced to key change management strategies. Topics include: The need for change, A study of organizations that did not this need and the impact on business performance, Stages of change mgmt for individuals and organizations, Organizational readiness to change, Communication during a time of change.
