These two full day team learning sessions, at our training center or virtual will focus on teachings of the EOS for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will lead teams in an exercise to analyze past year performance, including achievements, financial performance, and results/learnings. I will also teach Team Health across 5 Levels and we will complete 2 Team Health Exercises. The team will be taught how to complete the Organizational Questionnaire, how to create their SWOT Analysis, and how to create a new 3 Year Picture. The team will be assigned to create a new 1 Year Plan and set new Rocks organizational & individual priorities for the next 90 days. As homework, attendees will be assigned reading to reinforce training.
