Description:

This is an intensive program that introduces an effective training process by apply a five step on-the-job training plan for a job related task. The steps include:
• Determining the training needs
• Defining the learning objectives
• Preparing job instructions
• Establishing a training schedule
• Instructing and evaluating the learner
Each participant conducts a mini training session on a job-related task in the actual work environment (where possible.) A follow up critique will assess their skill level as a trainer and provide feedback on areas for improvement. This is instructor led and can be offered virtually or in-person |
