Description:

Students are taught new parts of the EOS toolbox. They are taught the GWC tool, L.M.A tool and IDS tool. In addition, the foundational tools are reviewed. They are taught to adjust company vision and calculate rock completion rates and financial performance. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track. |
