To best serve communities, nonprofit organizations need to understand the needs in their area and how to assess them for use in decision making. This five-part virtual series will help nonprofit leaders and programmatic managers understand the value of community assessments and how they can be effectively and efficiently conducted. Participants will specifically learn how to create an overall design and project plan, ways to collect information from quantitative and qualitative sources, and how to assess and report the data. Participants will use a real organizational opportunity, if possible, to apply teachings between classes and deepen learning. |
