Policies and procedures can be critical for any organization that wants to work effectively and efficiently, but they can be very difficult and time-consuming to create. In these two, two hour virtual sessions, organizational leaders and managers will learn how to use a simple system to prioritize which policies and procedures are most important to address and how to easily develop the most critical ones in a timely manner. Participants will use data from their own organization to apply immediately in the class.
