Description:

Students are taught the Great Boss tool, the Clarity breaks tool, 555 tool. In addition, the Cashflow drivers tool is taught with students doing an exercise on learning to increase cash flow. Foundational tools are reviewed, Accountability Chart, creating new Rocks. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track. |
