Students are taught the teaching 5 dysfunctions of a team tool, the One-Thing tool, the Giving and receiving feedback tool, and the Trust builders tool. Foundational tools are reviewed. Students will be taught a team-building exercise. Students will be taught in a classroom setting with (a) direct lectures, (b) presentations, and (c) group discussions in teams of 2 to 8. The ideal audience for this course is the current leadership team and those on the leadership track. |
