This full-day leadership team training, held at our training center, will focus on the EOS teachings of Leadership, Management and Accountability. Team members will learn the tools to solve issues within the company. We will be reviewing organizational progress since our last session; learning to adjust company vision; learning to calculate Rock completion and financial performance; learning to analyze results/learnings; Learning how to utilize Clarity Breaks; understanding how to use the "5-5-5 Tool", and setting new Rocks for the upcoming quarter. |
