In this course, participants will learn how to effectively manage and develop people, behaviors, and performance. We will cover Situational Leadership by Paul Hersey, how to identify and improve the skill levels of employees, different types of coaching, the GROW Model of coaching, how to coach people and effectively provide feedback, how to use the 4 styles of Leadership, how to have Accountability, and how to delegate and create a delegation plan. The course is taught using the Adult Learning Model and can be virtual or in-person. The ideal audience is new or potential managers to senior leaders, who will increase their ability to develop and coach employees, leading to the ability to delegate more and increase overall performance.
