Following on from Peak Frontline Leadership, which serves as an introduction to Lean tools and techniques, this course takes students from beginner to expert level. Aimed at front/mid level leaders in operations/production environments, students will learn techniques to systematically identify, analyze and then eliminate waste within their workplace. Class based learning is supplemented by real life studies and experiences. The course can be run virtually but is normally run in person at the clients site. The learning involves a combination of presentations, group discussions and 1:1 skill practices.
