This in-house version of our virtual workshop "Effecting and Managing Change" is based on the concepts presented in the book "Switch," by Chip Heath and Dan Heath. Students will learn a multistep process for initiating and managing positive change within their company, as well as how to deal constructively with unanticipated change. The workshop includes individual and group activities that allow them to explore these concepts in greater depth with their colleagues. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and individual contributors at all levels within an organization.
