Scaling and growing a small business require skills and tools many business owners do not have when they get started in their business. Often time the owner gets stuck as they are working to get to the next level. This course will work with small business owners/managers of these businesses in areas of hiring, strategy for growth,
employee development/retention, along with finances including effective budgeting, interpreting financial reports and leading though change. The outcome is hiring staff, having processes and sustaining healthy growth for the organization. This course will be delivered live or virtually. Participants are small business owners, managers of small companies and anyone in a leadership role who wear multiple hats.
