This full-day leadership team learning session, held at our training center, will focus on teachings of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. I will be teaching the Delegate & Elevate Tool to enable them to spend more time on the activities bringing the most value to their business, and delegating other tasks to help strengthen and develop their teams. I will also teach the team how to use The Assistance Track TM to delegate those tasks most effectively. |
