This Session focuses on creating a company's Core Values, and how to use Core Values to hire, fire, reward, and recognize. In this course, students will learn how to develop their company's Core Values. We will cover a methodology for discovering a company's core values that includes identifying the best people who work for an organization and determining what values and characteristics they have in common. Students will learn through virtual lectures and real-time feedback. Taking this course will help students create Core Values that they can use to hire, fire, reward, and recognize their workers. The ideal participant is a a business owner or leader in the organization. The course is available in-person or virtually.
