This session focuses on how to establish performance benchmarks for current employees by using the Quarterly Check In process. In this course, students will learn how to establish employee benchmarks for performance. We will cover performance tracking, leveling, and setting benchmarks. Students will learn through virtual lectures and real-time feedback. Taking this course will help students set up of appropriate performance standards to describe an ideal employee in a specific role. The ideal participant is a leader of any kind in the organization. This can be an in-person or virtual course.
