This training session focuses on a goal-setting methodology called Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). In this course, students will learn how to create goals that align with a company's long-term vision and create alignment up and down the organizational hierarchy. We will cover OKRs, Goal setting, SMART goals, and laddering goals up an organization. Students will learn through virtual lectures and real-time feedback. Taking this course will help students set OKRs and short-term SMART goals which will serve as stepping stones toward achieving the organization’s long-term goals. The ideal participant is a leader of any kind in the organization. This course is offered in-person or virtually.
