In this course, students will learn how to create a Scorecard with key metrics and identify common roadblocks in communication and remove them. We will cover key metrics, faulty communication styles, and ways to fix them. Students will learn through virtual lectures and real-time feedback. Taking this course will help students help address challenges that hinder open communication between team members and minimize communication breakdown, by using key metrics. The ideal participant is a leader of any kind in the organization. This can be an in-person or virtual session.
