This full work-day leadership team learning, at our training center or virtual, will focus on beginning the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. Team members will learn the tools to solve issues within the company. We will be reviewing organizational progress in implementing learned tools since our last session; learning to adjust company vision; learning to calculate Rock completion and financial performance; learning to analyze results/learnings; learning effective Leadership, Management, and Accountability (LMA); Learning how to utilize Clarity Breaks; Understanding how to use the 5-5-5 ToolTM, and Reviewing next steps/ concluding. Assignments include setting new Rocks. |
