This full work-day leadership team learning session, at our training center or virtual, will focus on teaching the Entrepreneurial Operating System for Leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies. We will reinforce the tools to solve issues within the company. Reviewing organizational progress since our last session. Reviewing, and learning to adjust the Company Vision; learning to calculate Rock completion/financial performance, and learning to analyze results; Learning how to get “Back to Basics” when they feel overwhelmed. We work through the 5 Leadership Abilities, the importance of having the right people in the right seats, how to keep meetings productive, ensure processes are being followed and the importance of clarity breaks. |
