Training a team to internally audit an implemented system, per ISO 9001:2015 to assess the successful implementation of the system created. We will teach trainees: how to 1. prepare for the audit—planning, scheduling, audit team, checklists, etc. 2. perform audit—execution, checklists, and audit 3. Proceed after the audit—closing meeting and reporting (Including CAPA’s). An audit report will be created upon completion of the audit training for the company to act on any issues discovered during the activity. Training is typically done on-site at the client company but can be done virtually if needed.
