This 2-hour instructor-led workshop is focused on team dynamics and geared towards managers and team members. Teams explore the concept of awareness and gain insights into Team Types. They recognize the collective team identity and appreciate the critical role that balancers play. They learn to use a common language to better understand the individual strengths they bring to the team and appreciate the strengths of teammates. This common language is also often applied to work styles in one-on-one relationships. Teams practice by exploring overall Team Type strengths, potential blind spots, and by identifying actions to address concerns. Can be delivered in person, virtually or through a hybrid method. |
