This 2-hour instructor-led workshop is focused on learning a framework for executing on strategic objectives. Teams build on an understanding of Team Types and how to translate their team objectives into a StrategyType. With this overlay of Team Type and Strategy Type, participants are taught how to develop insights and relate team strengths and potential blind spots to business strategy. Teams are able to understand where they need to stretch in their execution of objectives. Attendees are thereby able to identify actions to guard against potential blind spots (or avoid overused strengths). Training can be delivered in person, virtually or through a hybrid method. Open to all levels.
